You are purchasing a product or service from the STEAM Fab Lab in Iowa City. All refunds must be requested to the STEAM Fab Lab by emailing info@thesteamroom.org, or talking with staff at The STEAM Fab Lab. Class spots are generally not refundable within 24 hours of the class (although exceptions can be made).
If you purchase a membership, that membership is valid for the current month. If you increase or decrease your membership, that increase or decrease is valid for the next month unless approved by Fab Lab staff.
